Numbered stalls are a property management problem, not a paving one

Assigned parking is one of the most common sources of resident conflict in a complex this size. Numbering stalls is how a manager makes it enforceable. It is also work that has to be re-done every few years as paint wears, and almost nobody advertises doing it.

Red curbing and fire lanes

Five thousand linear feet of red curbing is fire lane marking. Faded fire lane paint is a code issue, not an appearance issue, and it is the kind of thing that becomes urgent the week before an inspection.

Equipment on site

To execute this job we deployed wire brooms, a backpack blower, a walk-behind blower, a weed whip, our crack filler machine, a sealcoat tank, and both of our striping machines.

Running both striping machines simultaneously on this job is what made a 150 stall layout a single pass operation rather than a return visit.

If your stalls have faded or your fire lanes need re-marking, we can walk the property and price it.
