We would rather treat your lot before the storm than dig it out after. It costs you less and your tenants never see ice.
- Plowing is $125 for the first hour, $75 for each hour after. One hour minimum.
- Liquid ice melt is billed by the gallon we actually apply.
- You set the trigger: ice melt only, plow at one inch, plow at two inches, or a depth you choose.
- Treating a clean lot before snow falls uses considerably less product than treating snow that has already fallen.
- We do lots and drive lanes. We do not do sidewalks or play areas.
Why we want to be there first
Liquid ice melt on a clean lot does two things at once. It keeps ice from bonding to the pavement, and it takes far less material than treating a surface that already has snow on it.
Since we bill for the material we apply, a lot that stays ahead of the weather costs less over a season than one that gets rescued after every storm.
Choosing what happens and when
Most snow contractors sell a contract and tell you what is in it. We let you set the trigger. A property manager with a small lot and light traffic does not need the same service as a medical office that has to be clear at seven in the morning.

We bill honestly for time. A short overage is not automatically rounded up to another full hour; the billing terms for time after the first hour are stated in your written service agreement.
Where our service stops
We plow and treat parking areas and drive lanes. We do not clear sidewalks, playgrounds, or similar small pedestrian areas. A property manager who needs sidewalks cleared finds out eventually, and finding out from our website costs nothing.
